Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrplay account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkrplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pkrplay immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
pkrplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pkrplay may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending document submission.
KYC for Pakistani Users: For users based in Pakistan, acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or a valid Pakistani driver's licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued to your registered residential address.
pkrplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. pkrplay reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
Deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the user's PKR wallet instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. pkrplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees which are outside pkrplay's control.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within the following standard timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two hours; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. pkrplay does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified account belonging to the same individual. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pkrplay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk controls, regardless of the account's existing KYC status.
Anti-Money Laundering: pkrplay is required under its international gaming licence to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits made to a pkrplay account must be derived from legitimate sources. pkrplay may request source-of-funds documentation where transaction patterns indicate elevated AML risk. Accounts where AML concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved may be closed with funds returned to their verified origin point.
All pkrplay bonuses and promotional offers — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms of the individual promotion take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to a pkrplay account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings generated from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified: sports betting bonuses carry a minimum odds requirement of 1.50 per selection; casino bonus wagering requirements apply only to eligible games as specified in the promotion terms; and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering completion.
The pkrplay welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method. pkrplay reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of: abuse of the bonus system; placement of bets that collectively cover opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of result; use of multiple accounts; or provision of false registration information.
All bonus funds and associated free bets carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited from the account balance without prior notification. VIP Programme: pkrplay operates a multi-tier VIP programme offering weekly cashback of up to 15% on net losses for qualifying players. VIP cashback is credited as real money without wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific VIP tier terms. Tier eligibility is assessed on a rolling basis and may be revised downward if activity thresholds are not maintained.
All bets placed on the pkrplay sportsbook are subject to acceptance by pkrplay at its sole discretion. pkrplay reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the account balance. pkrplay makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all odds displayed on the Platform. However, where odds, lines, or markets are posted in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — pkrplay reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Cricket markets on pkrplay — including PSL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series — are governed by the following specific rules: match bets require the completion of a minimum number of overs as specified per market to be valid; in the event of abandonment prior to the minimum overs threshold, bets are voided and stakes returned; player prop markets require the named player to participate for the bet to stand; and DLS-adjusted results are accepted as official results for settlement purposes.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sports events. In-play odds change rapidly and pkrplay cannot guarantee that any in-play bet will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. During periods of delayed data feed or technical disruption, pkrplay may suspend in-play markets without notice. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
All casino and slot games available in the pkrplay casino lobby use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for individual games are available within each game's information panel. pkrplay does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no ability to affect the result of any individual game round.

pkrplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the User's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether pkrplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkrplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
pkrplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a pkrplay account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkrplay uses personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and platform improvement. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
